Terms & booking policies

Please review these policies before submitting a booking request.

Booking rules

Local Palm Beach and Broward charters require a minimum of 4 hours.
Miami trips require a minimum of 5 hours.
Coach Bus always requires a custom quote.
Long-distance and multi-day trips always require a custom quote.
Airport, yacht/marina, decorations, safari, airboat, VIP/nightlife coordination, and package requests require manual review.
Every request requires approval before payment is requested or a booking is confirmed.

Deposit & cancellation

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and vehicle. Your deposit is fully refundable when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may result in forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Charter timing

Your charter clock begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the final passenger exits the vehicle. Additional time is billed at the full applicable hourly rate.

Damage, cleaning & smoking

Excessive cleaning or damage may result in a fee of $250 to $1,500, depending on the condition and extent of cleaning or repair required. Smoking or vaping inside any Vibe Party Bus vehicle is prohibited. A $500 smoking fee applies.

Alcohol & conduct

Vibe Party Bus is BYOB only. Cooler, ice, and glassware setups may be available. A signed alcohol waiver is required for applicable charters. Alcohol is prohibited on all minor charters, including proms, Sweet 16s, and similar events. An adult chaperone is required for minor charters. The driver has the authority to immediately end a charter when passenger conduct creates a safety issue, property risk, illegal activity, or an unsafe environment. No refund is due for service lost because of guest misconduct.

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional and based on your level of service.
